363 HD Raw found & watching OP live

First of all, an HD raw for 363 has shown up (someone already mentioned it in the 362 thread) here.

By the way, the FHD raw for 362 still hasn't shown up yet, which is why there is no VP-Raw for 362. If it never comes, we'll just use the HD raw that's already available.

Also, I wanted to mention 3 ways that you can watch OP (and other anime) live as it airs.
1) Keyhole TV (we mentioned this one already last winter) - get it here, and see a guide here
2) TVU Player - get it here
3) Horrible Raws media streams (should open in your media player) - get the anime schedule and links to the streams here or an alternate stream at mms://waryas.ath.cx/live (you'll have to copy/paste, as the forum software won't let me create the link correctly)

Unfortunately Fuji TV, the channel on which One Piece airs, isn't always shown on all of these, but usually it's on at least one of them, so that's why I'm listing all 3. Bear in mind that this is comparable to YouTube quality, but if you want to see OP as soon as possible and don't live in Japan, this may be your best option, and you can always rewatch it subbed or with a better raw later. If you don't already know, One Piece airs at 9:30AM Sunday morning Japan time.

EDIT: There is NO new One Piece episode next weekend (July 27th). 364 will air on August 3rd.

Movie 9 VP-Raw released

Get the torrent here. This is the official VP-Raw that will be synched with the script when it comes out someday. The file size is a little large, but that's because the movie is almost 2 hours long and is more than 20 minutes longer than movie 8 - I wanted to get maximum quality. I think it turned out much better than my movie 8 encoding. There is no HD version of the movie available, but this is a 720x480 anamorphic encoding using x264/mp4, so it's about as good as you can get with SD. There will probably be a 704x396 xvid/avi version released at some point, like we did with movie 8. Anyway, it is a retelling of the Drum arc with Vivi and Merry removed and replaced by Robin, Franky, and Sunny, if you didn't know already, and in my opinion it is much better than movie 8 since it's not so rushed. I'm not a huge fan of the character design, but much of the background animation is amazing, and I loved the music.

Mugiwara Theater HD Raw batch released

This batch is HD raws for the 5 Mugiwara Theater short episodes (a.k.a. Strawhat Theater, a.k.a. the Omakes). We never offiicially released these raws before, so here they are. They will be synched with the scripts.

Here's a little update on our progress:

We're currently finishing work on the scripts for 341-359, so we're hoping to release them soon. Then we have to do the typsetting, and we'll encode and release that batch.

I just wanted to officially announce that, as many of you already know, I got married in Japan on July 3rd to a wonderful Chinese woman who has been living in Japan for 10 years and is very fluent in Japanese (and who happens to be the person who introduced me to One Piece). I'll be moving to Japan this fall as soon as I can get a visa. My dreams of marrying an Asian woman and being able to live in Japan have finally come true. ;D Anyway, see the second post for more details of the wedding and how it may affect my future involvement with Vegapunk.

The FHD is the same file as the official VP-Raw that will be released within a day or so along with the HD and SD reencodings, so it will be synched with the script (I know, I know, we're 20 episodes behind, but I promise the script will be released eventually, since translation is finished up through 359). The HD is the usual .mp4 version that will not be synched with the script.
